Jiah Khan almost bagged Boney Kapoor’s remake of south Indian hit Pokiri , along with a role opposite Salman Khan, until she blew it up with one wrong comment. Rubbing Salman up the wrong way comes with a price and Jiah knows that now.
The film will be directed by Prabhu Deva. Says a source close to the production team, “Jiah was almost signed for the role opposite Salman. But her recent statement in a newspaper really irritated Salman. Boney also was unhappy with the comment she made about Salman and his girlfriend, Katrina.”
The rumour that is currently doing the rounds of Bollywood circles is that superstar Salman Khan has finally decided to tie the knot with Katrina Kaif .
Though his family is reluctant to give any clue but family insiders claim that Salman is mulling over tying the knot with Katrina around Christmas time this year.
Brother, Arbaaz Khan , denied the wedding date has been set but did not deny the wedding will take place.

Yeah. I am very happy. I have been around for quite some time now and I have really worked very hard. I am reaping the fruits now, I guess. I wouldn't say that I expected this to happen. What worked in the film's favour is that Vipul just stuck to the story in a very linear fashion and did not complicate it.
