Is Vivek trying too hard?

One thing I will agree that she is lucky. She said bad about her but Salman never said a word about her....also she never said a work to backup Vivek...what kind of frienship it was.

salman had his bad days.. bad drunken lunatic type days. and vivek had his bad days too. they both made some stupid decisions. no one is better than the other in this situation. but whats in the past is done. everyone should move on. including everyone in the industry who has shunned vivek over these years.

We've all had bfs who have been controlling or have known friends who have. We know they are wrong and Salman was wrong. Now if Viveik used this to impress Aish by trapping and exposing him-- yes, he was immature (for his own career)-- but it served a better purpose in the end by stopping Salman, which is what Aish had wanted-- didn't it?

For the young ones on this site, I remember when this press conference took place. Aishwarya did not encourage Vivek to hold the press conference. She was against him doing so but as usual he ignored her request to stop talking to the press.

Vivek was immature then and is still immature by bringing this topic up again to open old wounds. He sounds like a whiny baby. Here is a quote from MM:

You explained everything so well. I always knew that Vivek wanted to hog publicity. I mean when Aishwarya had that accident on the sets of Khaki he did not go to her side, but came right before the cameras and actually claimed that he is a wonderful boyfriend but he made sure that media knew how "committed". That was always most important to him...he was obviously using Aishwarya a much bigger star.

what i dont undrestand is that, ash was totaly behind this whole press conference and she probably encouraged vivek to do the press conference as he said in his interview with farah khan that some ppl were giving him advice to go for it and i believe it was ash , and he probably gave the press confrence becuase salman wuld not stop at any point he probably left him no choice , if it was the other way around salman khan and his family would have probably even made a movie about the incident since it is poor vivek they are being jerks about it and plus ash is as responsible about this is as vivek why salman is not bashing ash any where ash's father had to call the police on salman khan for abusing his daughter while he was drunk what about that, now all of a sudden salman khan is a good hearted clean nice sweet man come on ppl open ur eyes he is a jerk

Calling the press conference for private matter is wrong. This should have discussed behind closed doors. It clearly show's Vivek didn't realise the consequences 'cos success went to his head, he had so many things happening for him that he began thinking that nothing can touch him. Beside's he had Ash on his side. I still think he shouldn't have called the press and for Ash god bless her. What goes around definitely comes around Ash be very careful...

After seeing that episode of Tere Mere Beach Mein, I feel that Vivek is a remarkable person to have gone through so much in public and still standing tall. Good for him and time will tell who was in the right.
