What Sour Grapes? Me And PC Are Very Cordial, Says Kareena
Bollywood was agog with the prospect of a full-fledged cold 'catty' war between Kareena and Priyanka after they traded snide remarks and taunts. It began when Kareena said that her movie Heroine would be bigger than Fashion. She said she did not care about National Awards when informed that Priyanka had won the National Award for Fashion. In an interview to NDTV, Priyanka hit back at the 'National Awards' taunt by dismissing it as a case of 'sour grapes'. In a twist to the tale, Kareena has sought to dispel all such perceptions and has described the controversy as a lot of wrong projections. She said "A lot is projected wrongly…" and further stated "we are very cordial with each other." She made these remarks when talking about her latest release Heroine where she plays a superstar whose best days are behind her. Fans who were expecting a battle royale are probably going to feel a bit let down as the Kareena starts being diplomatic again. Is Kareena letting bygones be bygones or is she being unbelievably diplomatic?

In India it was declared a ABOVE Avergae while overseas its became a hit, didnt u read Karan Johar tweet where he tweeted After Agneepath, Ek main aur ekk tuu has become a success, all u Pc fans can nver accept the damn truth. Ek Main aur ekk tuu was also critically claimed all the critics gave 4-4.5 stars. Kareena can shine in a normal movie where the focus is not on here, thats how talented she is, everyone praised Kareenas performance in EMAET!! deal with it Haters
Also Heroine is not a flop as people are preciving it to be, It crossed 50cr mark already so its already a above avergae and on its way to become a hit!

Ek main aur ekk tu isn't a below average it's a hit, u need to get ur eyes checked and yet u claim to be a Kareena fan, Teri meri kahanni is a flop! Neither Pc or Shahid couldnt save the film and it was from a director who made Hum Tum and Fanaa. While Shakun is a new director.
The reason why Kareena talks about the NA is because she is constantly is being asked whether she will win it, and also her movie is constantly being compared to Fashion n TDP.
Kareena hasn't attacked Pc it was Pc who attacked Kareena constantly. She didn't have one good thing to say.
While Kareena complimented her and called a great actress. She was filled with jealousy when Shahid was talking about Kareena. She is so insecure of Kareena. That's why Kareena distanced herself from her because she knew she was Fake. Priyanka is a desperate bimbo n will do anything to get her way, she is average singer at best, I don't why the hell she is doing an album. There are many great singers who are better then her.
Even if she is miss world, she won the NA or she is doing an international album she still can't touch Kareena in any way.
What a joke! Kareena's being diplomatic just because she knows she has NOTHING ON PC! PC's film BARFI and her performance in that film are being PRAISED EXCESSIVELY, BARFI's a SUPERHIT!
HEROINE, a hit? Hmmm... Maybe, we'll see. It failed to break TDP's opening record for a female driven film. It is being panned by critics. Kareena's performance has also been tagged as OVER THE TOP by certain critics.
Now, obviously, Kareena cannot take jibes at PC, knowing that PC has the National award, might win it again or else Vidya would win it again this year and Heroine is being panned across the nation and Fashion wasn't. So now how can she say anything to reflect Heroine as a "bigger" film that Fashion? That would be totally RIDICULOUS!
After 2 flops this year Agent Vinod and EMAET bebo definitely need a hit. Thats a only reason of her diplomacy

EMAET is not a flop its a hit.. It was a average grosser in India and in the overseas its a hit making a soild hit!!!! It grossed over 60crs. I think u need to get ur facts right!!!! and everyone has flops!! including the Khans!!

I like Kareena a lot more now and I think it's because Saif has made her more mature and has balanced her life in a great way. She seems more happy, content, and comfortable with her life. I liked her comment very much. Good for her for not responding back to PC's rubbish. Kareena has never hid her relationships and is a very honest woman. She says what's on her mind. Good for her.
Kareena doesn't want negative publicity. Ofcourse she is being diplomatic. But she is also correct that the media makes projections out of any remark they can grab onto that drags the other in. They make stars compete with each other. They make stars answer questions to suit their agendas. Knowing all this, I think the stars need to first of all NOT make careless remarks about anyone. Why not just mind your own business like few of our other top stars do. Priyanka babes, you are better than this. You don't need to drag anyone in. I am not a Kareena fan but frankly, I am proud of her to not blow it out of proportion and keep things peaceful.

Loved reading all your comments. Here is my take. BOTH are extremely talented actresses.
Priyanka's performances in Fashion and Saat Khoon Maaf were brillant, I haven't seen Barfi yet. Priyanka has accomplished at a young age. She won Miss World at 18 and her film career has been successful overall. Priyanka has a beautiful speaking and singing voice.
Kareena is a few years older and had to wait for Jab we Met to taste commercial success. However, all of her performances have been appreciated by critics. I have seen moved of Kareena's movies and she is a natural talent.
I am a fan of both actresses in terms of their work.
Priyanka has had a lot of plastic surgery, I am sorry PC fans, you cannot deny this. If Priyanka can lie about her plastic surgery she can lie about anything. Just google her photos, go youtube miss world. Priyanka never talks about her personal life and that is fine but I have a feeling she has had affairs with married men or with men to further her career. Lots of actresses have and I am not judging her for this. As sweet as she seems I think she is a bit of an opportunist (like many people are career wise).
Kareena is honest. Honestly isn't always diplomatic nor is it right. Kareena's always expressed her opinion, I have read her interviews in the past and I think she has just evolved as a person. She has been in the industry for 10-12 years. As a person I like Kareena better, she did not hide her relationship with Shahid nor did she hid her relationship with Saif. Like a normal person she waited when the relationship was exculsive before making it public. Kareena has not had plastic surgery at all. Kareena has never been the type to obsess about her looks, I recall a movie where you could see her roots! lol. Her body isn't perfect yet she wears what she wishes. I admire a person who has the guts to be themselves.
Regarding the SOUR GRAPES comment: PC only said that because now she is in a position to say so. There was a time when PC used to compliment Bebo. That is the truth. Kareena is allowed to change her opinion, with time a lot changes. I am sure PC was expecting Bebo to fire back lol.

PC is just jealous of Kareena. Always has been of her boyfriend, looks, position in Bollywood, etc. Her music is a joke in America. I can't see her music career going anywhere except for maybe in India like someone said below.

Are you mad or what ? PC 5 3/4? Stupid. PC has won Ms world, the minimum height to contest for Ms world is 5'7", so unless PC is 5'7"-5'8", she would have been disqualified there itself. Your Kapoor sisters : kareena/Karishnma are petite, their height is 5'3" - 5-4".
All the beauty contest winners (Priyanka/Ash/Sushmita/Celina / Diana Hyden) are minimum of 5'7" - 5'8" height

Why would pc be envious? She got her chance with fashion and did extremely well. Heroine is the same as fashion but instead of the lead being a model, she is an actress. It would not make sense for pc to do the same role in the same movie with a different title.
