She is so freaking besutiful..to hell with Chirsty..Aish is our own Indian beauty who rocks in each and every attire in the world
her nose is not as nice or straight as Christy's by any stretch.. nor does she have high cheekbones.. but she has other lovely qualities. her nose is decent and rather good.. but Aish never had that perfect oval like Sonali ever.. see, every face has its good points.
vote to Sonali over Christy or Aish any day in facial perfection..
Plus Christy Turlington has high cheekbones too.. and it's not surgery. sorry.
Christy Turlington has NOT got a nose job.. it's real. She has stated she has never undergone any surgery on her face. that kind of nose cannot be got by surgery.. hers is just too perfect. sorry to disappoint u.
Oh BTW .... most hollywood actresses have gone under the knife. Christy Turlington has gotten a nose job.
You guys obviously don't know what a hooked nose looks like lol .... desi noses sometimes change shapes .... when some ppl pull their mouth down as to pout the nose changes it shapes and looks slightly hooked but it is not the natural shape. I'm not saying hooked noses are pretty NOT ALWAYS but on some ppl they look nice I believe Shruti Hassan looked better with her hooked nose than she does now she had a delicate look with the hooked nose but Rai's nose is just fine.

instead of hooked, it's more curved at the bottom (kinda of pointy) and a bit flat on top but not too much. nice decent nose.. but not a fantastic perfectly straight like Christy Turlington's...

newflash.. there are now LOTS of plastic surgery sites which are trying to counsel and tell ppl that their nose shape is JUST FINE. Barbara Stresand was a big star with her nose. as far as we can tell, hooked does not mean insult. if someone says, we liked her hooked nose, it's not a bad thing.. now if you want to disagree that her nose is not hooked, fine.. but that's open to debate...
Don't know which world the hooked nose advocates come from but newsflash: Hooked nose is not considered a desirable attribute.Hello...heard about the millions Persians spend on plastic surgery to get theirs fixed??? That said Rai's nose is anything but hooked.

lol.. a superstraight nose is Christy Turlington. period. her profile is flawless. where you folks getting your definitions of a superstraight nose?? umm.. the stars you mentioned (Kar / Aish) below do not have superstraight noses.. nevertheless, Aish has a very nice nose.
a perfect 100% straight nose is like what Elizabeth Taylor had.. yes, most desi noses are slightly or strongly hooked and it's nice. so what if someone called it hooked ???

this is ridiculous that ppl are getting upset just cause someone said they luved her hooked nose. someone paid her a compliment but that's meaningless cause no one dare insult her by calling her nose shudders 'hooked'. hooked is not a bad thing. yes, she has a nose that could be very subtly classifed as hooked.. but so what? look at her profile carefully (she avoids those photographs). no one is badmouthing her nose.. gosh.. it's not like they making racial slander to her by calling it hooked or something. the defensiveness over a compliment is so typical of her 'non fans' and fans -- they act like she's a victim now...
In Greek times, hooked noses were a sign of beauty. why be defensive or deny it?
there are some noses that are very slightly hooked and some strongly hooked, but yes, many desi women have gorgeous hooked noses....
Sonali has a slightly hooked nose and she is one of the most beautiful women on earth (best face in industry by Ashley Robello, Indian designer)!!!! Most Bollywood women in fact have slight hooks (i.e Rekha admits to hers). Very straight non-hooked noses like Nandita Das or Frieda's are rarer among desis. there is nothing wrong with a subtly hooked nose. While Aish may or may not have a subtle hooked nose.. some may think so.. and in fact, everyone would agree that it's a stunning nose whether called slightly hooked or not! She rarely takes profile photo shots, but her nose is pretty!:

I'm not a fan of Aish I definitely think she has gotten pretty over the years though but I have seen numerous comments about her "hooked" nose .... She has anything but a hooked nose. When ppl with super straight noses smile and pull the mouth down it looks like their nose is sort of hooked but it's not a hooked nose. A hooked nose is what Soha Ali Khan has and a lot of indians have the same nose but hers is deifnitely not hooked. Kareenas nose is super straight too but when she smiles or pull down on her mouth her nose looks a little hooked but that's not the way it is. Look up "hooked nose" to find out how it looks like. Gosh!!!!
