Dumbass...before going on a website about Indian culture...educate yourself. Christianity is hugely practiced in India. I'm not 100% sure about Lara, but Mahesh is definitely Born-again Christian. His mum used to attend P.G.Varghese's church in Bangalore and I've seen her there. Also, Lara's mum is Anglo-Indian. So it makes sense for her to have a Christian wedding. And for her hindu (born into a Brahmin family in Punjab) she had a sangeet didn't she? Eitherr way, if a Christian wants to have a hindu ceremony or a hindu wants to have a Christian ceremony....what on earth is it to you?. Im 100% Christian but I love hindu wedddings and would love to include some of the culture and songs and dances into my wedding, and you have no right to judge me or anyone else based on that.
I just dont understand y is lara in this gown................Its just looking so so so odd.

both looking good. but wish lara would have worn a stareless long trail wedding gown . this is not flattering her. plus her high bun(hairstyle) is looking odd. she has a stunning body and face, but her dress is not at all flattering her as a bride..
Lara Dutta is a Bangalore-native and Christian by religion .... So, there's nothing wrong in her having a Christian wedding.

A sangeet ceremony is no batchelor party. We dont have "batchelor parties". A sangeet ceremony is when the family and friends get together to sing and dance just before the weddding. It's not an excuse to go and sleep with other people before the wedding AKA batchelor party.

Haha. You are dumb arent you. They are both christian so wouldnt it make sense to have a christian wedding? Do you think everybody in india is Hindu? Just in case you didn't know there are many christians in india as well as the indian film industry.
India is a secular country, with hindus, muslims...and christians......millions of christians....

Lara has a bad upturned nose job. Her hairstyle is not flattering - too tight but the dress is pretty.

The hairdo does not work at all. Makeup is too plain and and why no necklace? He neck looks bare and draws attention to wrinkles.
