In Benjamin Button Brad Pitt ages in reverse while in this film Amitabh suffers from Progeria, a disorder because of which he looks really old so there is a slight difference. They might have taken a slight idea from benjamin button but if u read the story line it's totally different. It is more about the father-son relationship.
