Madhuri dixit Denies Rumors surrounding her ...related to Tourism , Land Deal and others
Madhuri Dixit has slammed sections of the tabloid media over false news stories.The veteran star took to Twitter to give her side of the story on a number of recent reports."Alright friends, wanted to dispel several rumors which were making the tabloid press," the actess wrote.Dixit then went on to deny links with a controversial pro-Hindi political organization."Have never asked Shiv Sena or any other political party for land for any purpose," she posted. "Was approached by MTDC for Maharashtra tourism ambassador. All was agreed upon. Ultimately, they could not agree amongst themselves. It is a shame when they try to make me out to be the bad guy when they are at fault."She also clarified her non-attendance at an awards show where her work in cinema was recognized, explaining that she was only given a week's notice about the event.Dixit ended with a message to the press: "Publish the truth, not nonsense. We will hold you to it."The actress is currently a celebrity judge on Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa 5.

the news about her being very demanding had also come in the 90s, it is nothing new. She rejected 1942 a love story due to money issues. Masand's item about her last years when she asked enormous amounts of money for a charity event and designer dresses was before she was actually trying to make a comeback. Then producers told she was demanding 5 crore for a movie, why will they lie if she wasn't actually? And that is the reason that she hasn't landed up in any big banner movie.
So no one is jealous of her and her comeback. If she is the most beautiful person ever, that does not mean she is a saint and can never go wrong. And she was the darling of media in the 90's . The media never said anything negative things about her back then, why will they suddenly start accusing her if those news isn't true?

wow I've read similar news bytes related to Madhuri being very demanding, especially in terms of money. If it was just one person accusing her of this then yes it's possible they could be lying. but others have also confirmed such behavior from her that it's hard to believe her. And I really don't understand y she is still in India, I thought that she said she said she was settled in USA for good. Maybe she can't bear to stay away from limelight too long and the easy money she makes.

regarding the party they confirmed themselves that she asked for a land, and if they gave her she would support them publicly. They couldn't do that and now she is denying it. Do I have to believe one person (MD) or several persons in a party?
Regarding as being the tourism ambassador they clearly said that she asked for a big sum that they cannot afford and they asked her to change the number for goodwell, but this greedy woman cannot work for less money hence rejected it. And now when she says "they could not agree amongst themselves. It is a shame when they try to make me out to be the bad guy when they are at fault" she sure means they did not agree among themselves on my price. Shame on her for such a greed.

She asked for money to attend this award function. The show organizer with very upset for that and said it publicly. They should've cancelled it because how can a star ask for money to go and collect an award???
No matter what she says people are not going to believe her side of story now. One lie OK but keep the lie on three different subjects? thats too much.
