All I can say is...if you are not happy with how God (who is perfect) made you look...you will never be happy with how you look...God created each every one as a unique individual and to perfection...why do we put our bodies in the hands of other humans who also have been made by the same creator! God knows what they really do to our faces, bodies etc. And once done...you can never rewind or change yourself back!
