I always get irritated when people comment saying she looks average or like an aunty. Not that i think she does, but what the hell is wrong if she does? she is an actor who actually can act! Meryl streep wud have gone unknown if she was born in india. We expect lawyers, auditors and doctors to know their trade, why do we have so less expectations from our actors?! being skinny and young shouldnt be a prereq, solid acting chops should.
Vidya is look alike of yesteryear Bengali actress Madhabi Mukherjee, who did lots of films with Satyajit Ray.
