Yesudas to get Pragathi Thrimshathy Puraskar

Renowned playback singer K.J. Yesudas will be conferred the Pragathy Thrimshathy Puraskar for his contribution in the field of music.

The award, instituted by Pragathy Education and Charitable Trust, includes an amount of Rs.1 lakh, statuette and a citation.

Minister K.C. Joseph will present the award to Yesudas Jan 11, during the Valliyad Violin Pragathi Sargotsava closing ceremony.
