Box Office Report: 'Singh is Bliing' off to a great start, 'Talvar' too benefits from holiday!
As predicted by the trade experts, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson and Lara Dutta starrer 'Singh Is Bliing' is off to a bumper start, especially in the Northern circuit.
According to Box Office India, the film has opened to as good as 60% in Eastern Punjab,around 50% in Rajasthan, Bihar and CI. In fact, the movie has shown house full screens in Middle East and Canada.
Given that it is a long weekend, people of all age groups are flocking into theaters which are running into packed houses. Trade experts are of the opinion that 'Singh is Bliing' can be one of the biggest openers for Akshay Kumar!
On the hand, Konkona Sen Sharma, Irrfan Khan and Neeraj Kabi starrer 'Talvar' too has benefited from the holiday. With critics going gaga over the film, it would be interesting to see how well does 'Talvar' perform with the positive word of mouth surrounding it.
