BO Report: PRDP Week 1 collections are 5th highest of all time

Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor starrer Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has had an excellent extended 8 days first week of around 160 crore nett, despite of the film opening to mixed reviews.
With this, the first week collections of PRDP are 5th highest of all time after Bajrangi Bhaijaan, PK, Dhoom 3 and Kick.
According to Box Office India, the best business for the film has come across in the regions of Gujarat/Saurashtra and Rajasthan which over seven days did all time record business. Next best are CP Berar and CI. The huge Gujarat / Saurashtra numbers have enabled Mumbai circuit to put up a big number.
