Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma's Sultan has had an unbelievable run at the ticket window in its extended weekend. The movie, which has been on a record-breaking spree, has shattered all records previously held by releases like Bajrangi Bhaijaan and PK and has emerged a new winner.

According to a trade site, the movie has grossed around INR 181.50 crores in five days (domestic collections). These numbers are similar to what Bajrangi Bhaijaan and PK earned in seven days. While the film performed exceptionally well on Wednesday and Thursday, it did witness a dip in its Friday collections. However, on Saturday and Sunday, Sultan performed phenomenally at the ticket window.

Early estimates predict that the movie has earned INR 39 crores on Sunday taking the movie closer to the INR 200 crores mark. The Ali Abbas Zafar's directed affair has done fantastic business in North India, given its North connect. Circuits like Mysore and West Bengal too have done well, giving a good boost to the collections.

Going by the trend, Sultan is sure to cross the 200 crore nett mark in a week, another major record which will get added to the list.
