Go Dishoom! Varun-John Starrer Hits the Bull's-Eye, Does Good Business At The Box-Office in First Weekend
Varun Dhawan, John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Dishoom has surpassed all expectations at the box office with its opening weekend collections. The film has managed to not only exceed the expectations but also beat Shahid Kapoor's Udta Punjab to become the movie with sixth highest opening weekend of this year.
Dishoom has had a decent weekend of around INR Rs 37 crore in its first weekend. The collections in regard to the first weekend are good. The North has not quite performed for the film and it remains to be seen if Delhi and Punjab can perform better over the next ten days or so, which would really help its cause. On Friday, the film earned INR Rs 11 crore, INR Rs 11.75 crore on Saturday and INR Rs 14.5 crore on Sunday. The Varun-John film has also grossed INR Rs 65 crore worldwide.
