Box Office Report: Force 2 and Tum Bin 2 show minimal growth on Day 2!
Sequels of hit movies Force (2011) and Tum Bin (2001) came out this Friday.
Force 2 saw an increase of 15% on the second day but is still low as it only collected INR 6 crore approx. The total collection now adds up to INR 11.25 crore. It needed to cross the INR 6 crore mark and grow thereafter, for a fighting chance. It has a big subsidy coming from Bulgaria and in order to give it a chance it needs INR 21-22 crore nett but with the trend in which it is going, it may only collect over INR 18 crore nett.
Tum Bin 2 showed a similar growth to Force 2. Its second-day collection stands at INR 80 lacs, which makes it's total collection INR 1.45 crore nett, till now. It had such a low start that it had to double its figure for a sort of run.
