Batla House Box Office Collection Day 6: John Abraham starrer has a decent hold at the ticket window

The report also stated that the movie can earn around Rs 60 crore by the end of the week. The report read, "The film continues to sustain like this into the second week it could even turn out to be a HIT though there is a long way to go yet."
For the unversed, the movie opened well and had earned 14 crores on day one and saw a 50% dip on Friday. However, the collections were better on the weekend. It earned Rs 4 crore 50 lacs on Monday.

Speaking of the movie, the same is directed by Nikkhil Advani. The movie is based on the Batla House encounter case which had taken place in the year 2008. In the incident, two alleged terrorists of the Indian Mujahideen and a decorated officer of the Delhi Police Force were killed. John is playing the lead role of a police officer called Sanjay Kumar Yadav. The movie which was released on August 15 and has locked horns with Akshay Kumar starrer Mission Mangal at the box office.
