Frozen 2 Box Office Collection Day 2: Elsa and Anna delight audiences as film kicks starts on good note

Disney's newest magical tale, Frozen 2, has finally hit the screens and has been creating the right noise internationally as well as in India. With Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell reprising their voice roles for the film, the Hindi version of Frozen 2 has sisters Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra playing reel-life siblings.
The film has kicked off on a good note and has made some decent money over the last two days. According to a report in Box Office India, on day one i.e Friday, the animation flick raked in around Rs 3.50 crore nett. But things improved for the film on day 2, i.e Saturday. The report revealed that Frozen 2 beat Pagalpanti at the box office and witnessed a huge growth on Saturday as it raked in around Rs 7 crore nett. With this, the film's total two days collection now stands at Rs 10.25 crore nett.
Considering the target audience for Frozen 2 is kids, teenagers and families, the film is set to do better over the weekend. If the trend continues during the week, there is a possibility that the film will do well and earn a record lifetime total. Speaking about the film earlier to comicbook.com, Kristen Bell had said, "It’ll still be appropriate for kids and kids will still love it, but these girls (Elsa and Anna) have grown up as well a little bit. I think the original fans of Frozen, who were little girls and now might not think it’s for them, will be pleasantly surprised."
