India's Most Wanted Box Office Collection Day 4: Arjun Kapoor starrer falls drastically on first Monday
After the dismal weekend collection, Arjun Kapoor starrer India's Most Wanted fell drastically on Monday and collected less than Rs 1 crore at the box office.
Arjun Kapoor starrer India's Most Wanted looked promising but has failed to keep up the numbers at the box office. The film released on May 24 and despite a good round of promotions, the film is struggling at the box office. After the dismal weekend collection, the film fell drastically on Monday and collected less than Rs 1 crore. According to a report in Box Office India, the film has collected Rs 8.25 crore until now and will end the week at around Rs 10.25 crore.
The report also added that the film will stagnate and it is unlikely that movie will rake in any money after completing its first week at the box office. Along with India's Most Wanted, Aladdin and PM Narendra Modi biopic also released. While these film faired decently at the box office, India's Most Wanted failed to keep up despite getting 1,000 screens across India.
On Friday, the film opened to a collection of Rs 1.85 crore. Whereas, the weekend collection (Saturday + Sunday) was Rs 5.50 crore. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film is based on the lives of Intelligence Bureau officers and inspired by a true story. In the film, these officers in disguise are on a manhunt for India's Most Wanted.
Arjun Kapoor this year will also be starring alongside Parineeti Chopra in Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. He will also be seen alongside Kriti Sanon in Ashutosh Gowariker's period film titled Panipat. Have you watched the film? Let us know in the comments below.
