Judgementall Hai Kya released over the weekend. The movie stars Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao in the lead. Having started off on a good note at the box office, Judgementall Hai Kya has recorded a good Day 2 collection on Saturday collection.
Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao took over the box office with Judgementall Hai Kya. Released amidst good reviews, the Prakash Kovelamudi directorial is an interesting thriller that stood up against Diljit Dosanjh, Kriti Sanon and Varun Sharma starrer Arjun Patiala. Given the box office collection, it seems like the competition did not affect Judgementall Hai Kya's box office collection much. The movie recorded a decent start on Friday and went on to record a good growth on Day 2, its first Saturday at the box office.
As per Box Office India report, Kangana and Rajkummar have worked their magic at the box office. Judgementall Hai Kya collected a decent Rs 7 crores on Saturday. That is a good growth as compared to an opening box office collection of Rs 4.50 crore. The movie witnessed a growth of 55 percent on Saturday which has been deemed as a "good jump." The report states, "The 50% plus growth on Saturday was a must but the test will be how close can Monday get to its Friday number. The film picked up 7 crore nett on Friday." The Saturday collection brings Judgementall Hai Kya's total box office collection to Rs 11.50 crore nett.
For the unversed, Judgementall Hai Kya is an engaging tale of murder with Kangana aka Bobby and Rajkummar aka Keshav the only two witnesses. Bobby is a dubbing artist while Keshav is a tenant at Bobby's house. The film also stars Satish Kaushik, Jimmy Shergill, Amrita Puri and others. Pinkvilla gave the movie three stars and reviewed, "Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao keep up the pace of the film with their powerful screen presence. Rajkummar Rao plays his part with finesse and never misses a chance to impress you. By virtue of how the story unfolds, it is a Kangana Ranaut movie, but Rajkummar’s performance leaves the audience asking for more from the actor."
