After facing many controversies and issues, Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao starrer Judgementall Hai Kya hit the theatres last Friday and received great reactions from the audience; however, it got a positive feedback from the critics. Especially, Kangana's performance in the film is being highly appreciated. Interestingly, the film's title was 'Mental Hai Kya' which was later changed to 'Judgementall Hai Kya'.
Judgementall Hai Kya did good business in the first week with Rs 27.50 crore nett, with Rs 1.75 crore nett on Thursday. The film did satisfactory business on the opening day, but showed more growth on Saturday. After that, the film did earned fairly Sunday and Monday. The collection on rest of the weekdays was normal.
When asked about Judgementall Hai Kya at an event, Rajkummar said, "It’s an amazing script as it is a very quirky and different comedy. Kangana is such a powerhouse performer and we are coming together after Queen along with Ekta Kapoor (producer) so it’s going to be a lot of fun.” Directed by Prakash Kovelamudi and produced by Ekta Kapoor, Judgementall Hai Kya also features Brijendra Kala, Jimmy Sheirgill and Amyra Dastur in vital roles.
