Marjaavaan Box Office Collection Day 5: Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria starrer enjoys a decent run
Marjaavaan starring Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria, Riteish Deshmukh and Rakul Preet Singh released last Friday. The film is enjoying a decent run at the ticket windows. Here’s how much the action film earned on Day 5.
Last Friday, Sidharth Malhotra Tara Sutaria, Riteish Deshmukh and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Marjaavaan hit the screens. The tragic action love story of a goon with a mute girl managed to win the hearts of the audience. The mass entertainer opened with a great start at the box office and later, went on to get good reviews from audiences. Sidharth as Raghu managed to establish himself in the role of a Bollywood hero and Marjaavaan raked in money at the box office one day at a time.
Coming to the box office collection, Sidharth and Tara’s chemistry was one of the highlights of the film and that surely managed to get audiences to the theatres. However, the action scenes stood out the most. Talking about the earning, as per early estimates of box office India, Marjaavaan collected Rs 3.50 nett on Day 5 which was a 15% drop from Day 4. But still, the film managed to have a decent run at the box office on a weekday. Marjaavaan is doing well in mass centers like UP, Bihar and the Central circuits.
Directed by Milap Milan Zaveri, Marjaavaan stars Riteish Deshmukh as the villain who is vertically challenges. Riteish and Sidharth have worked in Ek Villain together in the past and the audiences had high hopes from the duo. The music of the film is among the popular USPs. Tum Hi Aana, Thodi Jagah, Ek toh Kum Zindagani, Haiya Ho and other songs are doing well across all musical platforms.
