Stree, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in the lead roles, will hit the theatres tomorrow i.e. August 31, 2018. The horror comedy film has had reasonably decent buzz around its release and while the fans can’t wait to watch the movie, we bring you the Box Office prediction of Stree. Thanks to Stree’s interesting plot and brilliant promotional campaign, the audiences want to watch a film with a different subject and storyline. Besides the plot, its trailer and songs have received a good response from the audiences.

Talking about Stree’s prospect at the box-office, film trade analyst Akshaye Rathi, informed Times Now, “Stree is largely for the multiplex audience that likes to watch quirky cinema, the kind of films Raj & DK have given us so far.” Throwing light on Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, Akshaye Rathi said, “Stree will largely have a release in the urban centres. The audience that enjoys quirky cinema will opt for this one. Both Rajkummar and Shraddha are really good actors but I don’t know if anyone of them can draw audiences to the theatres only on the basis of their popularity. Ultimately, the merit of the film will decide its fate at the box-office.”

Stree, directed by Amar Kaushik, will clash at the box-office with Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se. And since the movie hits the theatres tomorrow, Akshaye Rathi predicting the opening day collection, shared, “Predicting the opening day collection of Stree, I think it can make anything between Rs 3.5 crore and Rs 4 crore.”
