Hrithik Roshan's much awaited film Super 30 finally hit the theatres a week ago. Hrithik has given a wonderful performance in the film. The film also stars Mrunal Thakur, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Srivastava and Nandish Sandhu. Ahead of the release, Hrithik had shared the importance of this film and how the film is so close to his heart. The actor had also praised the hard work and dedication of the 30 students in the film.
Super 30 did well on its second Monday with business of Rs 3-3.25 crore nett. It has finally crossed Rs 100 crore mark. The total of the film has now reached to Rs 103 crore nett in its second week.The film is expected to earn around Rs 110 crore nett in two weeks. The best business of the film has come in Mumbai with collections of Rs 32.50 crore nett till now.
Super 30 is surely facing tough competition from Disney's live action film The Lion King, but the target audience is different so it should cope up with major growth over the weekend. The film has to maintain a balance of good business for the next 10-12 days to ensure HIT status. Super 30 must do better in the second week for the same.
