Rajinikanth’s Petta and Thala Ajith’s Viswasam are currently giving each other a tough competition at the box office. The two much awaited films of the month have opened to a good response and are currently earning huge at the ticket windows down South. While Petta is doing good in the international markets, Viswasam is setting the box office on fire with its immense response in Tamil Nadu.
Viswasam has witnessed amazing day 4 collection at the box office in Chennai. According to trade analyst Ramesh Bala, Viswasam earned Rs 1.05 crore in Chennai on day 4 and with this, the total business of the film stands at Rs 3.83 crore. On the other hand, Petta is also ruling like a boss. The film has managed to mint Rs 1.32 crore on day 4 at Chennai Box Office, thus, taking the total collection to Rs 4.81 crore.
