Looks like Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff are all set to take the box office by storm with their first film together 'War'. The action drama flick hits the theatres today on 2 October, but the film's pre-sales have been like none other. According to a report in Box Office India, War has collected a massive figure in advance bookings and is probably the biggest number for any Hindi film in recent times. Not including South and Hollywood films, the high-octane action film seems to have struck a chord with the masses as War has collected Rs 30 crore nett plus in advances.

Considering it is a national holiday release, the film naturally has an edge over the others. However, the first day advance collection is actually more than Bahubali - The Conclusion. The reports added, "The advance is super strong across mass centres as it is an action film and its pretty much certain that there will be a large number of audience at the single screens and shows are tend to go housefull due to the action factor." War falls behind Avengers: Endgame.

While single screens will War, multiplexes will have to continue to off other films even though the turnout might be way lesser than for the action flick. Releasing alongside War is Hollywood's Joker which is also expected to do great business and South's Sye Raa which will be big down South. Taking this into consideration, the Hindi version of War will get a release on around 3900 screens as opposed to 4800 screens if it was the only film releasing on 2 October.
