Zero Vs KGF Box Office Collection Day 12: Yash starrer is ahead of Shah Rukh Khan starrer with a huge margin
Kannada superstar Yash starrer KGFis still earning well at the box office while Shah Rukh Khan's Zero is having a tough time to reach Rs 100 crore mark.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan starrer Zero which released on December 21 is currently having a tough time to reach 100 crore mark at the Box Office. The film which also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in lead roles took a slow start at the ticket windows and is continuing with the same trend. On the other hand, Kannada superstar Yash starrer KGF, which released in five languages including Hindi is doing good business all over India. The film has gained the 4th position among all South Indian dubbed films barring Baahubali series and 2.0.
Made on a huge budget, KGF is dominating at the Box Office like a boss even after 12 days. Directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF is doing a good business down South as well. In Karnataka, the film has collected Rs 87 crore, Rs 1.60 crore in Kerala, Rs 6.1 crore in Tamil Nadu and Rs 14.50 crore from other Telugu states. The much-talked about film of 2018 has already touched Rs 150 crore mark worldwide. On Tuesday i.e day 12, KGF (Hindi) has earned Rs 2 crore net approx and thus taking the total Hindi version of the film to Rs 29.50 crore approx.
On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan's Zero has earned Rs 1.25 crore on Tuesday (day 12). With this, the total business of SRK starrer stands at Rs 89.25 crore approx.
Directed by Aanand L Rai, the story of Zero revolves around Bauua Singh (Shah Rukh Khan), a vertically challenged man who meets two very different women (Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif). The film received mixed reviews from the critics and audience alike.
