Dear Zindagi has been helmed by Gauri Shinde and has been jointly produced by Gauri Khan, Karan Johar and Gauri Shinde under the banners of Red Chillies Entertainment, Dharma Productions, and Hope Productions respectively.
It tells us the story of Kaira, a budding cinematographer in search of a perfect life. A chance encounter with Jug, an unconventional thinker, helps her gain a new perspective about life. She discovers that happiness is all about finding comfort in life's imperfections.
The film is slated to hit the theatres on November 25, 2016.
