EXCLUSIVE: You cannot concise Dear Zindagi in two minutes - Alia Bhatt
Alia Bhatt is gung-ho about her upcoming film Dear Zindagi. The film is all set to hit the screens next week. While normally, movies have one teaser followed by a trailer, Dear Zindagi has taken a different marketing track.
Instead of releasing a trailer, the makers of the movie have released only four teasers, followed by songs.
When we asked Alia about it, she reveals, "I think it is the path that we are taking for the marketing. You cannot concise this film in 2 minutes. It is not that kind of story. And if we go into over explaining then it may lose its spontaneity it is bringing right now to the table."
All the teasers and songs have received positive response from the audience. Does that make Alia happy?
"Well yes it is refreshing because the visuals are new. Also, people are seeing Shah Rukh Khan and me together for the first time. I am very happy and I am curious to know what people think of the film because it is a different one. We haven't seen it before and we cannot reference it to some other movie. But I am enjoying the attention," concludes Alia.
