In an exclusive interview with us, Shah Rukh Khan opened up on what kind of response he has been getting for Raees.
Shah Rukh Khan in and as Raees! Fans in theatres can be seen hooting when this tagline comes onscreen. Well, the viewers have been appreciating SRK's role of a bootlegger in the film. Girls are going gaga over his raw and rugged look and especially his kohl eyes are making the headlines.
In an exclusive interview with us, he spoke at length about the response he has got for Raees. SRK said, "I am happy with the response. I am always happy. I have been fortunate that People love me a lot since I have been working for long now. To me, it isn't excitement or nervousness. I need to understand the feeling of the audience. For me, it is the sense of happiness if I cater to the people. And Raees has been catering to more people. Today onwards it will be more settling. I know we have made a good film."
The actor further added, "I say this every time. I don't see numbers. They are finger tips away but I haven't asked my team yet. I asked just once yesterday and they said good. 26 is just a number (INR 26 Crore). I am glad about it. For me, it is about people loving it. We will continue to do well and I hope people will continue to see the film again. And the feedback I am getting is that woman are loving me."
