EXCLUSIVE: Is Amit Sadh's character in Sarkar 3 based on Aaditya Thackeray?
Amit Sadh will be playing Sarkar's (Amitabh Bachchan) grandson in Sarkar 3 and inside sources suggest that his character is reminiscent of Aaditya Thackeray.
When Ram Gopal Verma announced the incredible starcast of his next Sarkar 3, fans were immediately intrigued. The first two installments were critically and commercially appreciated with Amitabh being the main protagonist.
Sarkar 3 will see Manoj Bajpayee, Jackie Shroff, Yami Gautam, Ronit Roy and Amit Sadh all playing significant characters.
Speaking of Amit, who last starred opposite Taapsee Pannu in Running Shaadi which was directed by Amit Roy - will be seen playing Shivaji Nagre alias Cheeku, the highly arrogant and volatile grandson of Sarkar.
Inside sources of the movie claim to us that Amit's character is supposedly based on the late Balasaheb Thackeray's grandson - Aaditya Thackeray. Apparently, Amit's role is akin to Aaditya and his mannerisms.
Aaditya Thackeray is the son of Uddhav Thackeray, leader and chairperson of Shiv Sena, and grandson of Balasaheb Thackeray. He is currently the head of Yuva Sena, a youth wing of Shiv Sena.
Rumours have been rife already that Sarkar 3 is based on the Thackeray clan though this has never been confirmed or denied by the makers. It's being said that the trailer which is being launched tomorrow - has been forced to carry a Disclaimer by the Censor Board who feel the scenes give cause to controversy.
We will come to know the real story once the trailer is out.
Sarkar 3 is slated to release on April 7, 2017 and coincidentally it is also Ram Gopal Verma's birth date. Yesterday he shared a poster of the movie which is sure to get you excited to watch it.
