EXCLUSIVE: Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif's Tiger Zinda Hai heads to Abu Dhabi, Angad Bedi, Kumud Mishra join the team
Angad Bedi and Kumud Mishra join the cast of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's Tiger Zinda Hai. The third schedule goes on-floors in Abu Dhabi next month.
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's Tiger Zinda Hai is one of the most awaited films of 2017. The movie, which went on-floors last month in Austria, will soon begin its third schedule in Abu Dhabi. Joining Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif for this action packed schedule are three amazing actors - Paresh Rawal, Kumud Mishra and Angad Bedi.
Confirms director Ali Abbas Zafar to us, "This is the third schedule and it is a big one in Abu Dhabi. We have three new people joining us. One is obviously Mr. Paresh Rawal, who everyone knows, is in the film. He will start shooting with us now. Apart from him, there is Angad Bedi who is joining us. He has been a friend for a really long time and wanted to work with us and YRF. He gave a great audition and has a very important part to play in the movie. The third actor joining Tiger Zinda Hai team is Mr. Kumud Mishra, who worked with me on Sultan. I have always appreciated his work and he too has an important part in the film."
The team will take off to Abu Dhabi in first week of May as the third schedule goes on-floors from May 4, followed by a schedule in Dubai. "Salman, Katrina and we are ready to do lot of action and we begin on May 4, 2017. It is a 25 day schedule," reveals Ali and clarifies further, "There are lot of locations and we are still finalizing them. Right now since we cannot shoot in Dubai due to Ramzan, we will have to come back to Mumbai. We will shoot for some portions in Mumbai and then will also complete some edit work. And then we will head to Dubai post the release of Tubelight. It is an exciting schedule and we will definitely share glimpses from the shoot hopefully when we start shooting."
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Yash Raj Films, Tiger Zinda Hai is slated to release on Christmas 2017. The movie is a sequel to Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's 2012 blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger helmed by Kabir Khan.
