EXCLUSIVE: Farah Khan - I think Kangana Ranaut can play me in my biopic
Farah Khan thinks Kangana Ranaut can play her on-screen if a biopic is made on the director.
Choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan is in a happy space. The lady clocked 25 years in Bollywood yesterday. From choreographing to directing, to producing and acting, Farah has done it all.
Farah shared her joy of completing 25 years on Twitter with a post that read, "25 yrs today JJWS released.. its my silver anniversary in the industry today,n i still feel it's just the interval..2nd half abhi baaki hain."
Given that her journey has been so interesting, one wonders if she would be keen on having a biopic made on her life.
Ask her about it and she says, "This I don't know. But someone wants to write a biopic on me. Ritesh Soni, the writer of Pink, wants to write my journey. It is an interesting story but very filmy."
When we quiz her as to who she thinks can play Farah Khan on-screen, the ace filmmaker reveals, "Someone has to be quite crazy to play me. You tell me? Who do you think can play me? I think we should do a poll."
She adds, "Kangana Ranaut I think can play me in my biopic. I used to have curly hair exactly like her."
Well, we think Kangana is the apt choice to play Farah. How about you?
Meanwhile, on the work front, Farah Khan is currently occupied with the scripting of two films, the details of which she doesn't plan to reveal anytime soon. But she promises to make things official in 'few months'. Whether it stars Shah Rukh Khan or no is something that we will have to wait and watch!
