EXCLUSIVE: Anushka Sharma's Pari to go on-floors tomorrow
Anushka Sharma's Pari to roll out from June 9 in Mumbai.
Anushka Sharma is all set to roll out her next production titled Pari in Mumbai. While the details of the film aren't out yet, we have learnt from our sources that the actress will begin shooting for the film tomorrow.
"The movie goes on floors tomorrow. It will be shot in Mumbai and Kolkata. Anushka is excited to begin the new film," reveals a source close to the film.
The source adds, "The makers plan to release the movie sometime early next year."
This is Anushka Sharma's third film as a producer after making movies like NH 10 and Phillauri.
Anushka had announced the film sometime last month with an official statement. Speaking of the film, Anushka said, “At Clean Slate Films, we focus on a good, engaging story above all else. With new talent, we get to work on newer ideas and innovative concepts. Pari is a great script, and I have complete faith in Prosit’s vision as well as this collaboration with KriArj Entertainment.”
Parambrata Chatterjee, who plays the lead role opposite Anushka in Pari added, “I was impressed with the script and team of Pari, and loved the idea of working with Anushka Sharma. This film holds great promise and I look forward to its shoot soon."
The film will be directed by debutant Prosit Roy and co-produced by KriArj Entertainment.
