Kangana Ranaut has been in the news for the past few days for being mocked at by Saif Ali Khan, Karan Johar and Varun Dhawan at the IIFA 2017 awards ceremony. The three hosts of the award show took a potshot at Kangana and her nepotism comment. However, all the three men have since apologized for their blunder, though Kangana has remained silent on this front.

Kangana, in the meanwhile, has been busy shooting for her movie Manikarnika—The Queen of Jhansi. The movie directed by Krish, has Kangana playing the title role of Jhansi Rani Laxmibai. Power house actress Kangana has been gearing up for the role by taking sword fighting and horse riding lessons.

However, Kangana, today, met with an unfortunate accident during a sword fight session with co-star Nihar Pande. That's right, the fiesty queen of Bollywood got a deep cut on her forehead and was rushed to Apollo hospital, where she got a total of 15 stitches.

Apparently, the Queen actress is in pain and has been advised a bed rest of 4 days before getting back to work. Also, as it will take some days for Kangana's swelling to go down, she will need to wait before resuming her shoot.

Well, isn't that unfortunate? We do wish Kangana a speedy recovery!

Kangana had said about the film, "A film like this gets made only once, no one is going to make it again. Since it's come to us, we have to do complete justice to it. I can't hope to go beyond this script, this film could well be the climax of my acting career so I'm going to give it the time it deserves."
