In an EXCLUSIVE tête-à-tête with Pinkvilla, John Abraham got candid about his wife Priya Runchal. The actor shared that Priya brings a lot of maturity to their relationship and that she chooses to take a step back from the spotlight.
It was back in January 2014 that John Abraham shocked us all as he revealed that he was a married man. The lucky lady was his girlfriend at that time, Priya Runchal. Priya is a financial analyst who has stayed away from the limelight unlike other star wives as she is an extremely private person. While promoting his upcoming movie, Satyameva Jayate, the handsome actor got candid about his pillar of strength and how she chooses to take a step back from the spotlight of being John Abraham's wife.
In an exclusive tête-à-tête with Pinkvilla, John shared, "I think I've realised I'm pretty faulty. I'm probably not the perfect partner. I think Priya brings a lot of maturity to the relationship. A lot of sanity, a lot of stability and she's a good person. Rarely do I find people in our industry who want to stand back. She's one who has chosen to stand back and say, 'Listen, I'm not interested in this space of hogging the limelight. I'd rather sit back and do some real work.'"

"She helps me with my entire football team, startups, etc because it's not just production. We've got so many different verticals so she's the person who is actually the brains behind it all," John added.

Meanwhile, John's next Satyameva Jayate is a hard-hitting film written and directed by Milap Zaveri. The movie also stars Manoj Bajpayee and debutante Aisha Sharma in pivotal roles. Satyameva Jayate is slated to release on August 15, 2018.
