EXCLUSIVE: Kareena Kapoor Khan on paparazzi's obsession over Taimur Ali Khan: He keeps saying 'No pictures'

Kareena Kapoor Khan has ruled the charts and everyone's hearts for the last two decades. Undeniably, she is the last superstar actress we have had in the industry. But apart from acting, she has donned several hats, including that of an RJ and now, she's all set to come up with the second edition of her talk show What Women Want on 104.8 Ishq FM. When we caught up with the diva, she spoke about everything - from being a host, to refusing husband Saif Ali Khan's marriage proposal twice and of course, her baby Taimur Ali Khan who's nothing less than an internet sensation.

It's no secret that her almost three year old son is quite an Internet sensation. Recently, Gauri Khan opened up about how the paparazzi culture has affected her son AbRam. She had revealed that the tiny tot likes to stay indoors because he doesn't like being photographed. As a mother, Bebo too feels worried about Taimur. She says, "Of course (it affects them). Even if we want to take pictures, Taimur sometimes says 'No photos'. He has learnt to say that. He's constantly being watched and he realises he's being clicked now. This culture has been there for a while now and nobody is asking anyone not to do their job. But we are just asking for a little space because they are children and we want them to grow up in an environment which is safe and secure, where they can be the way they want to be."

Saif Ali Khan, on the other hand, has been spotted several times trying to talk to the photogs to give them some distance. On that, Kareena tells us, "He does, and tries to keep cool and calm. He requests them to give him his space and that's the only thing he can do, being a public figure. I don't want him to grow up in a way where I'm covering my child's face. I think that would scar him even more. He would be 'Why are you doing this?' That's not normal."

Another thing that caught everyone's attention last year was a doll that was being called Taimur. In fact, Kareena also spoke about how Taimur's pictures are sold at exorbitant prices in the media. She calls the whole thing 'annoying'. "The doll looks more like Chucky the Doll and not my son Taimur. I don't understand why they are naming him Taimur. I mean, what's this obsession and what's the reason behind it? It's annoying," she signs off.
