EXCLUSIVE: Kiara Advani begins Bhool Bhualiyaa 2, follows it up with Jug Jugg Jeeyo, Mr. Lele & Karram Kurram

Kiara Advani flew down to Manali last night to join Kartik Aaryan and the entire gang of Anees Bazmee directed Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The actress will be shooting for the psychological comedy for a week in the north, before getting back to Mumbai and resuming with another schedule in the maximum city. The Mumbai stint will be followed by another one in Lucknow, where the shoot was halted last year following the coronavirus infused lockdown. The film is gearing up for a release on November 19 and the makers are expected to wrap up the film by mid this year.
“Around May, she joins Varun Dhawan to finish the remaining portions of the Raj Mehta directorial, Jug Jugg Jeeyo. On completing the two assignments, she is expected to commence work on the Shashank Khaitan directed Mr. Lele, which now stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead,” revealed a source close to the development, adding further that she also has the Ashutosh Gowariker production, Karram Kurram, under her kitty wherein she plays the role of the woman who started a co-operative organization with other housewives and went on to establish a monopoly in papad business.
Karram Kurram will be directed by Glenn Baretto and Ankush Mohla, who have assisted Ashutosh Gowariker in the past. Kiara more or less has her year full of work, and is currently in conversation with multiple other filmmakers and is expected to lock another film, which can go on the floors by year end. This year, she will also be seen in Shershaah alongside Siddharth Malhotra, which is gearing up for a release in the month of July. The film is set against the backdrop of the Kargil War, with Sid playing the role of Captain Vikram Batra.
