Parineeti Chopra had taken a break from Bollywood for almost two years in between and made her comeback of sorts with Akshay Roy's Meri Pyaari Bindu which also starred Ayushmann Khurrana.

The movie received a ton of critical acclaim and a section of the audience absolutely loved the movie but unfortunately, that love did not translate into box office figures and ultimately the movie flopped at the box office.

Now with Parineeti's latest outing, Golmaal Again creating ripples at the BO, we asked the actress if she was relieved by the movie's humungous numbers given Meri Pyaari Bindu's poor BO performance. To this, Parineeti replied, "It's not like that because every film is different, I cannot expect a Meri Pyaari Bindu to do 100 crore in 3 days. It's a different film which is made for different audiences and it's made for a different section of India. There are films that connect with entire India and there are things that don't."

The actress added, "You can't expect the same numbers for a Bindu and a Golmaal Again. That's absolutely ridiculous. It's like, if Golmaal Again made less money then that would be a sad thing. Bindu is a different film so no, I can't compare the two films. I'm just very happy...Meri Pyaari Bindu did not make big numbers but had received a lot of love and that is very important for me and Golmaal Again has received a lot of love as well."
