EXCLUSIVE: Shah Rukh Khan on Zero: I knew that I was nothing and that’s why I can be anything
Shah Rukh Khan is all geared for his next movie, Zero. In the film, he plays the role of Baua Singh who is vertically challenged. SRK spoke exclusively to HindiRush about his upcoming film, Zero. Read on.
Shah Rukh Khan has an extensive career of over 25 years in the film industry. He has had his own share of highs and lows. SRK is called the King Khan of Bollywood, but his journey to fame wasn’t like a bed of roses. He had to struggle to achieve whatever he is today. SRK is all geared for his next movie, Zero. In the film, he plays the role of Bauua Singh who is vertically challenged and wants acceptance from the society and equal treatment. SRK wanted to come with a new concept and this is the first time, he will be seen playing the role of a dwarf.
SRK spoke exclusively to HindiRush about his upcoming film, Zero. He was asked that he is a superstar and whatever he wanted to achieve, he did. But, did at any point in his. life, he felt that he’s a Zero? On this, Khan said, “I truly believe that when I started my career l never thought that I look like a hero or I wanted to dance like them or even I can fight like heroes. I knew that I was nothing and that’s why I can be anything. I never tried to copy anyone and just listened to what my parents told me that you are what you are. I did everything.”
“When someone told me to do a negative role, I did that. I even did a sidekick when I was asked to. When someone told me that I cannot be a hero, I played a negative character. I did what I liked and that is acting. We don’t give our lives the chance to take care of us. We only think about how should we take care of ourselves. Just trust, your life will take care of you,” SRK added.

Apart from SRK, the film features Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles. The film is slated to release on December 21 and trade experts are betting high on this movie.
