Tom Holland is back as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Unlike Spider-Man: Homecoming, which saw Peter as a young kid bestowed with superpowers, Spider-Man: Far From Home looks into a more mature Peter, as he navigates life post Avengers: Endgame and post losing his beloved mentor, Tony Stark aka Iron Man. The Jon Watts directorial released today, i.e. July 4, 2019, in India and has been receiving rave reviews from the audience and critics alike.
In an EXCLUSIVE interview with Tom, while in Bali, Pinkvilla asked the actor on how it was for him to step into a more mature Peter Parker's shoes. To this, Holland revealed, "I don't know if he has necessarily matured that much. I mean, he is still 15-16. But he is more aware of his ability and his power and responsibility. I think his immaturity is that he doesn't realize how powerful he is. And, throughout the film, he realizes that he's got this responsibility, sort of, bestowed on his shoulders."
