EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: When Spider Man: Far From Home star Tom Holland thought he pronounced 'multiverse' wrong
In an EXCLUSIVE interview with Pinkvilla, Tom Holland revealed that he felt, he pronounced the word 'multiverse' wrong in Spider-Man: Far From Home. The actor stated that instead of using the American pronunciation for Spider-Man: Far From Home Tom instead said the British version.
Spider-Man: Far From Home was easily one of the most anticipated films of 2019. This Tom Holland starrer marked the entry of Oscar-nominee Jake Gyllenhaal into the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) as Quentin Beck aka Mysterio. Spider-Man: Far From Home looks into the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame and how Peter Parker is coming to terms with the loss of Tony Stark aka Iron Man. However, when a school trip to Europe, becomes life-threatening, Peter has no option but to embrace Spider-Man and save the world.
In an EXCLUSIVE interview with Tom, in Bali, we had asked the actor about the prospect of a multiverse in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe). While Holland surprisingly kept mum from revealing any spoilers, Tom instead shared, "What I can say is I think I said it (multiverse) wrong in the film. Because I think in an American accent, it's 'multy-verse' and I said multiverse. And, I realized that only a few interviews ago, so, I think, I have to go back and re-record me saying multy-verse. We say multiverse in England but I think in America they say multy-verse, multy-verse!"
