Val Kilmer was accused of hitting a top actress while in the audition process for The Doors. Kilmer passed away at the age of 65 after battling pneumonia. While the industry and the fans of the actor mourn his death, an old report revealed that the movie star had hit Caitlyn O’Heaney, who had been on the sets to try for one of the roles. In conversation with Buzzfeed, the actress shared that she was reading a scene with the actor and abruptly got into an argument. 

Following their heated conversation, O’Heaney claimed that the Top Gun star entered her room, shook her, and threw her on the floor. In her talks with the outlet, the actress recalled, “When I got to the room and Val Kilmer picked me up and shook me, throwing me down to the floor.”

He further added, "Stone just stood there the whole time laughing,” referring to Oliver Stone, director of the movie.

The actress continued to add that she got down to her car and cried for nearly 20 minutes before getting together. 

She went on to state, “Women have come together, saying, ‘We’re not going to be f*cked by you.’” The Savage Weekend star continued to say, "I finally have the confidence to speak about this. It’s too long that I’ve sat on this story.”

Meanwhile, the actress had claimed that she got the strength to voice the incident after the Harvey Weinstein scandal. Moreover, the movie’s casting director also backed O’Heaney’s claims, admitting that Kilmer had pinned the actress against the wall, but she stopped the auditions before the actor got carried away.
