Uri Box Office Collection: Vicky Kaushal's film smashes the record of Bahubali: The Conclusion in its 5th week

Uri: The Surgical Strike starring Vicky Kaushal has been breaking records and how ever since it released in January first week. The movie has been running successfully in the theatres in its fifth week as well and has been smashing records even now. It is perhaps the first film to cross Rs 2 crore nett on its fifth Friday collecting around Rs 2.25 crore nett. With this, the movie has also smashed the record of Bahubali: The Conclusion on its fifth Friday by around Rs 50 lakhs nett, according to Box Office India report.
The total collection of the film now stand at over Rs 202.50 crore nett. This is a record collection for Vicky Kaushal starrer and the actor is obviously very happy about it. The weekend has chances to surpass the Rs 10 crore nett mark which will be a first as the highest till date is Bahubali - The Conclusion which was around Rs 8.50 crore nett. Expressing his happiness about the love the movie has received, Vicky today shared an emotional post thanking each and every person associated with the movie.
He wrote, "Those night shoots full of intense action, ofcourse were peppered with some fun banter and laughs in between shots amongst the boys, where our director @adityadharfilms would also join us. All of this feels worth it, with the generous love the Film is getting from you all. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for keeping the Josh so high."
