Christy Calafati is a licensed Cosmetic Tattoo Artist/Permanent Makeup artist. She is also a part-time Fashion editor for 90265 Malibu Magazine. Before starting her journey into the Permanent Makeup world, she owned and operated a large scale luxury hair salon located in Southern California while simultaneously working as a fashion stylist and custom clothing designer. In an ever evolving fashion and beauty industry demanding long hours and a high stress lifestyle, she knew it was time for me to go full force into what has always been her biggest joy and passion, drawing and creating beautiful eyebrows and lips. Her unwavering passion for creative artistry coupled with a slight obsession in mastering her skills in artistic composition, a meticulous attention to detail whilst building and maintaining client relationships was the driving force in creating her Permanent Make-Up and cosmetic tattoo enterprise. She currently works full time out of her studio located within Canyon Salon in Westlake Village, Ca tattooing beautiful faces and is Ialso a part-time Fashion editor for 90265 Malibu Magazine.
