Box Office Report: Kapoor and Sons Crosses the 50 Crore Mark on 2nd Friday

Kapoor and Sons might have opened to a dull start on its first Friday, but the film was critically loved and acclaimed and even received a thumbs up from the audience.
After getting affected by the cricket match on Saturday, the Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan starrer has picked up pace and was performing steady in Week 1.
Now on its second Friday, despite the releases of films like Rocky Handsome and Batman vs Superman, Kapoor and Sons has managed to earn INR 4.40 crores taking the grand total to INR 51.33 crores.
With the film having a great word of mouth, it is sure to perform better in the coming weekend.
