The 400 Crore Net India Box Office Club - Indian Movies (Hindi Version): From Baahubali 2 to Pushpa 2
So far, 8 Indian movies have managed to be part of the Rs 400 crore net India club for their Hindi Version. The club was inaugurated by Baahubali 2 and Pushpa 2 is the newest addition.
Baahubali 2, back in 2017, became the first Indian movie to net over Rs 400 crore in Hindi in India. A movie event similar to Baahubali 2 has never been seen before and may never be seen after. For years, no Indian movie came close to Baahabali 2's Hindi net collections. After Covid-19 when things were getting better for the theatrical sector, KGF 2 wrecked havoc at the box office and became just the second Indian movie to net over Rs 400 crore in India in Hindi.
Since then, Pathaan, Gadar 2, Jawan, Animal, Stree 2 and Pushpa 2 have entered the coveted list. Pushpa 2 is the fastest Indian movie to net Rs 400 crore in India in Hindi and it will eventually become the highest grossing Indian movie in Hindi in India.
