Box Office Report: Will Aamir's Dangal beat Day 1 collections of Salman's Sultan?
Aamir Khan's Dangal is all set to hit the screens tomorrow. The film has opened to rave reviews from critics and they cannot stop praising it. With the trade being absolutely upbeat and positive about the Nitesh Tiwari film, it is expected to see the audience excited for the release of the movie.
If the trade reports are to be believed, then Dangal has recorded a strong advance booking for Friday, despite it being a non-Holiday. The advanced booking for Dangal is rumoured to be in the range of INR 15 crore, which is lesser than Sultan and in the range of Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo. But a point to be kept in mind here is that Salman Khan's Sultan released on Eid which was a Holiday and was followed by a five-day weekend.
Now that the word of mouth for Dangal is strong, one wonders if the film will manage to have a massive opening on Day 1 and be able to beat Salman Khan's Sultan.
