EXCLUSIVE: I will fit well in a superwoman's role with Hrithik Roshan in Krrish 4 - Urvashi Rautela
Urvashi Rautela, who won hearts with her dance moves in songs like Love Dose and Gal Bann Gayi, stepped into Amitabh Bachchan's shoes as she grooved to Saara Zamana Haseeno Ka Deewana for Hrithik Roshan's Kaabil. The song hit the web yesterday and people are praising her dancing skills.
When asked Urvashi about it, she said, "It is a dancing track. Saara Zamaana, is one of the super-hit songs from Yaarana and featured Big B. We get goosebumps even today. I still remember it for Mr. Bachchan's outfit. So it was a big deal for me to step into Amitabh Bachchan's shoes and to get this song. I hope this one also does very well and blows everyone's mind. I also wanted to wear the same outfit, but when we sat for the costumes, Rakesh Roshan thought we should experiment."
She adds, "I am thankful to Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan who thought that I was the best person to do this song. I will always be grateful to them. I love Hrithik Roshan as an artist and I admire his dancing. I have huge respect for him. He was present when I was shooting and he gave me a lot of motivating speeches. I am glad to be a part of this song which is an important part of the film. I remember the first day of the shoot. Hrithik was there and when he saw the shots, he was very happy and he told me that he loved it. He also appreciated my work in Gal Bann Gayi."
Quiz her if she was nervous about doing the song, Urvashi admitted, "It was a huge responsibility on my shoulders. But I was not nervous. In fact, I was very excited. When I was shooting, everyone used to call me 'White Beyonce'."
Given that Hrithik is a good dancer, ask her if she missed shaking a leg with him in the song and the leggy lass says, "I am glad he is not dancing because all the focus would go on him. Him watching me dance is the best idea. But of course, I would love to work with him. The first time I always wanted me to dance and Hrithik to watch. He inspires me a lot."
Any plans to work with him?
"Doing a movie is the next step. My friends and family think that we both look good with each other since we are tall, fair, slim and also dance good together. I think we both make a good pair. Fingers crossed on working with him. Even he wanted to dance with me but he plays a blind man and it would look weird if he would dance in the video."
She continues, "I am keen to work with Hrithik Roshan. Whether Krrish 4 is happening, now that you will have to ask Hrithik. I will fit well in that role, though. I do a lot of action, I love superwomen characters and Krrish is my favorite superhero character. So why not?"
