Today, The Indian Air Force conducted an air strike on Terrorist Base camps in Pakistan where they destroyed the Jaish-E-Mohammad training centre killing many prospective terrorrists and their trainers in the process. This Surgical Strike 2.0 was planned by the Indian Air Force and was supported by the Indian government post the Pulwama Attack which took place on February 14, 2019, where over 40 CRPF jawans lost their lives in a suicide attack. Post this surgical strike, Bollywood was quick to react and among them, Manikarnika’s star Kangana Ranaut spoke exclusively to Pinkvilla.

In an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, Kangana said, “We salute Indian Airforce for striking back like true heroes, and thank Honourable Prime Minister for taking decisive actions, our fight against terrorism has begun, message is clear, jo bhi buri nazar se iss desh ko dekhega uski aankhein nochle jayengi... Jai Hind.” The Manikarnika actor and director openly expressed her opinion on the attack by Indian Air Force to curb terrorism.

She mentioned that it is a great move by the Prime Minister of India to take such decisive actions post the terror attack on Indian soldiers and also expressed that it sent a loud and clear message that whoever tries to look at India with wrong intentions, he will be given a befitting reply by the Indian Armed Forces.

Post this surgical strike by IAF, many celebrities have taken to social media to express their gratitude to the Indian Air Force for taking such an action against the terrorists in Pakistan.
