EXCLUSIVE: Varun Dhawan opens up on rumours regarding ABCD 3 being rescheduled because he wants script changes
A newspaper report suggested that Remo D'Souza's ABCD 3's shoot was being rescheduled because Varun wanted to see the final script and Katrina signed Bharat at the last moment. We spoke to Varun EXCLUSIVELY on the matter and read on to know what the star has to say.
Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif are collaborating for the first time on-screen for Remo D'Souza's dance flick, ABCD 3. It was reported that the duo will start shooting for the film from December. However, a report in DNA suggested that the schedule might be altered because of Katrina signing Bharat and Varun asking for final script changes. A source told DNA, "Varun has apparently asked for the final script to be given to him before he takes a call on when the film will roll."
When Pinkvilla contacted Varun about the same, the actor simply dismissed the rumours and stated, "No truth." When we further asked him if the shoot was on track, Varun shared, "We will be shooting in England as well, but might start in India. The shoot will begin once Kalank's shoot is over." When DNA had contacted Remo, he had dismissed the news as well and shared that they might even begin shooting by year-end. To this Varun told us, "Yes. Right now, I have to finish Kalank, after which I will start Remo's film. Remo, himself, is doing the songs for Kalank."
Well, that puts all the rumours to rest. Are you excited to see Varun and Katrina in Remo's dance film? Let us know in the comments below.
Meanwhile, ABCD 3 releases on November 8, 2019, and will be in the 4DX format, which will be a visual delight for all dance lovers.
Speaking of Kalank, this Varun Dhawan starrer also stars Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur. Kalank is slated to release on April 19, 2019.
